Beauford Open Tourer 2.0 petrol

This was my late father's pride and joy. (much to my mum's dismay!)
The car is a 1975 Beauford Fixed Head Tourer.
It is a kit made by The Beauford Car Company.
The donor car is a 1975 Ford Cortina.
The car was built in 1990.
The mileage is a bit under 19,000.
It has an automatic gearbox.
The Beauford is TAX, and MOT exempt, and ULEZ compliant.

Used very often as wedding cars, the Beauford really is a statement car. It has a 1930's style with long running boards, and the elongated bonnet.

It really is a beautiful car.
My father was a member of The Scottish Kit Car Club for a number of years, and also attended car maintenance night school on a weekly basis for at least a decade, so all of his cars were always mechanically sound.

The Beauford is white and maroon, with a maroon and cream interior.
There are 3 seats. Driver, and bench seat in the rear.
A passenger seat can be installed by the new owner easily if required. They are readily available.

My father drove it very rarely, and did so for 2 weddings for friends. He said The reaction to the car was always amazing.
We have lots of paperwork for the car, including a raft of MOT's, the build manual, and previous ownership details.

From the previous owner -
The car was built in 1990, and is virtually concourse condition.
Very well serviced, plus new radiator, water pump, alternator, wheel cylinders, and brakes.
Immaculate Diamond White paintwork (subject to complete respray in 2008).
Burgundy vinyl roof with matching vintage style large luggage carrier.
Brand new interior with cream seats, and spacious rear seating.
New Luxury quality burgundy carpets with lambswool rug.
Whitewall tyres with period looking wheels and chrome hub caps.
Exterior twin chrome vintage horns plus klaxon.
Exterior wooden vintage style tool box.
Twin body mounted spotlights.
Completely Waxoyled and undersealed chassis.
A very regal and handsome Beauford ideal for weddings, or just enjoyed as a classic tourer.

Beauford Open Tourer 2.0

The Beauford Convertible Series One. 4 door seats up to 4 passengers comfortably. Beautiful English White with Cream Leather interior and Red carpets. Built on an extended wheelbase it has more room in the rear.

The hood can be totally removed for open top motoring or left in situ. An alternative choice is for the side windows to be removed whilst the roof is left in place.

This fabulous looking Beauford tourer has a low mileage and an incredibly smooth 2.8cc Nissan straight six engine with K&N airfilter and a 5 speed manual gearbox. Full Mot to 9 July 2027. We have enjoyed ownership of the Beauford for nearly 8 years now. It is quite spacious inside and seats four adults. It is ideal as a touring car ond has also been popular as a bridal vehicle. It has a Cd/radio, alarm immobiliser, new hood and a new battery. Side hand lamps. Cream trunk opens into a table to serve refreshments. Cream interior. Kept indoors. History file and build sheets are included. This is a higher quality vehicle than the usual Beauford's on the market with the benefit of low running costs.
